Happy Aphrodite April!

So what exactly is Aphrodite April?

It’s a month long celebration of all things Aphrodite!

Why April?? In Rome, the month of April was sacred to Venus (meaning Roman Polytheists and Venus worshipers can get in on the celebrations as well!). I also really like the way “Aphrodite April” sounds. Has a nice ring to it!

Now what’s so special about Aphrodite April?? In my opinion, the best part is how inclusive it is. Yes, the main aspect of Aphrodite April is of course Aphrodite. However, you don’t need to be a worshiper or directly honor her to celebrate this month. As I said above, Aphrodite April celebrates ALL things Aphrodite. This includes all her realms such as love, sexuality, healing, emotions, joy, friendship, companionship, art & poetry, inspiration, laughter, gender, self-love, self-care, etc. So you’re welcome to use Aphrodite April as an opportunity to explore and focus in on her realms, using the energies of the month to your advantage. Or for those interested in exploring or deepening their relationship with Aphrodite, this month is perfect for that as well!

Staying true to one of Aphrodite’s most popular and significant epithets, Pandemos, Aphrodite April is for all!

What can you expect from me during the month??? My content on this blog and across all my social media is going to focus heavily on Aphrodite and I will be welcoming all questions about her and the realms she rules over. Of course, other gods will still be making appearances (no way The Twins are gonna step aside for an entire month

) and you don’t have to wait until May to ask me a non-Aphrodite related question. Just expect a lot of Aphrodite on your feed if you follow me
